The highlight of the evening was a spectacular dinner led by Chinese culinary master Ren Defeng, an inheritor of the traditional techniques of Shanghai Benbang cuisine. From the Shanghai Floral Brocade Platter to the Phoenix Cries Crimson Dawn, each dish told a story and delighted diners with its artistry.

The delicate balance of salty and sweet flavours perfectly captures the essence of Shanghai, reminiscent of the city’s enchanting scenes featured in the beloved series “Blossoms.”

And let’s not forget the Mountain and Sea Treasures Fortune Pot! Lift the lid, and you’re greeted with a stunning array of seafood delicacies—a true cornucopia of flavours! Its refined umami is sure to linger long after the last spoonful.

To top it all off, the Snowflakes Falling on Jade Cup dazzled guests with its stunning presentation! This dessert, featuring a sweet cheese topped with a delicate red net, was both a visual and gastronomic delight that left everyone in awe.

Guests enjoyed various traditional Chinese art demonstrations, including Pingtan storytelling, Quyi folk performances, and tea art.
